Our client, a prestigious architecture firm, is looking for a Junior or Intermediate Architectural Technologist to contribute to a variety of commercial projects. Responsibilities include producing detailed drawings and construction documents while coordinating closely with project teams and clients to meet deadlines efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create detailed architectural drawings using AutoCAD and Revit
• Conduct site visits for essential project data gathering
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
• Research and ensure compliance with building codes
• Provide contract administration support as needed
Requirements:
• 3 to 8 years of commercial architectural experience
• Background in retail, mixed-use, or similar projects
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Portfolio that showcases relevant commercial work
• Capability to work under pressure in a busy environment
