Your role will involve strategic planning to foster sustainable trail solutions for various user groups.

As a key member of the Trails team, you will drive technical planning projects from the office while engaging in vital fieldwork. Your leadership skills will help mentor junior staff, manage client communications, and ensure quality in deliverables throughout various trail initiatives across Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the creation of trail planning documents

• Conduct analysis and support project recommendations

• Manage project budgets and stakeholder expectations

• Direct field assessments and trail inspections

• Collaborate using GIS tools for mapping

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Planning or related field

• 7+ years of relevant planning experience

• Expert in technical writing and project management

• Proficient in GIS and mapping software

• Ability to travel for fieldwork assignments
