Position: Impactful Senior Interior Designer Role

You will play a critical role in Arcadis' Alberta Interior Design team, steering projects from programming through to completion. This position requires you to mentor junior staff, ensure project profitability, and uphold design excellence while working closely with various stakeholders. Your strategic design leadership will drive collaboration, enhancing spaces for communities, workplaces, and hospitality settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and guide multiple interior design projects

• Coordinate designs with internal and external teams

• Prepare and maintain project budgets and timelines

• Resolve design challenges throughout the project life cycle

• Present design concepts to clients and stakeholders

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related field

• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience

• Strong understanding of regulatory approval processes

• Exceptional communication and relationship management skills

• Ability to lead and work collaboratively in teams
