Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver complex interior designs across multiple projects
• Mentor and provide constructive feedback to design staff
• Engage in business development through conferences and proposals
• Produce award submissions and oversee competitions
• Maintain high standards in design quality and output
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related field
• Over 15 years of industry-leading experience
• LEED accreditation preferred
• Skilled in Revit, AutoCAD, and design software
• Strong presentation and leadership abilities
