We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Architectural Designer to join our Development team. This role will support the planning, design, and execution of multi-family, mixed-use, office-to-residential conversion, and portfolio enhancement projects from early feasibility through permitting and construction.

The Junior Architectural Designer will contribute to architectural design development, technical drawing production, consultant coordination, and portfolio-wide design initiatives. Working closely with senior leadership, consultants, and project stakeholders, this role offers an opportunity to gain hands‑on experience across all phases of the development process while helping to deliver innovative and high-quality projects.

• Assist with site analysis, feasibility studies, massing exercises, and preliminary design concepts.
• Support the development of architectural designs, including building layouts, floor plans, unit configurations, and façade concepts.
• Prepare design drawings, renderings, diagrams, and presentation materials.
• Contribute to adaptive reuse, office‑to‑residential conversion, and redevelopment initiatives.
• Assist with design research, space planning, and development of innovative building and amenity concepts.
• Support project teams in evaluating design alternatives and project opportunities.

• Assist with the selection and coordination of interior finishes, materials, fixtures, and furnishings.
