Join Clio's Product Design team, a vital part of our R&D organization. As a Staff Product Designer, you will lead complex design initiatives for the Judiciary team, shaping experiences for legal professionals and their clients. Your expertise in user experience will drive meaningful change within the legal landscape and enhance access to justice.
Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with teams to define experience strategy and metrics
• Translate complex workflows into actionable design decisions
• Lead end-to-end design processes from ideation to execution
• Shape a long-term vision through storytelling and collaboration
• Elevate the quality of user experiences across product ecosystems
Requirements:
• 8+ years of Product Design experience required
• Proven ability in B2B, SaaS design
• Strong UX craft and systems thinking skills
• Experience with AI-driven product experiences
• Proficient in modern design tools like Figma
