Design and build websites and landing pages for our clients: automotive, industrial and local-service businesses. Sites that are meant to convert, not just look good.

The Objective
Your job is to build sites that turn traffic into booked calls and closed jobs, not just look good in a portfolio. You'll design and develop landing pages and full sites for our clients.
You'll take video and design assets from the rest of the team and build them into a fast, clean site. We expect solid modern front-end skills, real attention to responsive design, and real attention to load times. If you build on bloated templates and slow page builders, this isn't the right fit.
The Arsenal- Strong UI/UX skills in Figma
- Experience building landing pages that are meant to convert
- Real attention to mobile-first responsive design and site speed
- Comfortable integrating third-party tools (Calendly, Formspree, CRMs)
- A clean, dark aesthetic that fits Wheeler's Media's brand
- Comfortable testing and iterating based on real analytics
- 3+ years of experience in an agency or comparable web development role
