As an Intermediate Architectural Technologist, you will work under the Director of Projects and Architectural Technology Manager. Your technical work supports drawing accuracy, quality, completeness, and schedules. You will coordinate with team members and consultants while contributing to projects across GGA-Architecture’s multidisciplinary practice.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare design development drawings and outline specifications
Develop contract documents and project specifications
Coordinate consultants and complete project code analysis
Assist contract administrators during construction
Perform quality control and manage smaller projects
Requirements:
Architectural Technology Diploma required
Minimum five to seven years’ experience
Computer drafting background using Revit required
Familiarity with Alberta Building Code
Building envelope detailing experience and Microsoft Office fluency
Bring Revit drafting, consultant coordination, and contract document experience to GGA-Architecture’s Calgary architectural technology team.
