This is a unique opportunity to take over an existing large patient list and step into immediate earning potential.

Income Potential: Up to CAD 800,000 per year (£435,000)
- Busy, well-established family practice & walk-in clinic
- Multidisciplinary team providing comprehensive care
- Strong focus on continuity of care, chronic disease management, and preventative medicine
- Serves a diverse, multicultural patient population
The Role:
- Take over a large, established patient panel
- Provide full-scope family medicine care
- Opportunity to work in both family practice and walk-in settings
- Eligible for licensure in Alberta (CPSA)
- Experience in Family Medicine / General Practice
- Arabic-speaking is a strong advantage
