As the Physician Lead, you will oversee scheduling and operational processes for physicians, acting as the primary liaison between medical staff and leadership. Your focus on continuous improvement will drive better outcomes for both physicians and patients, ensuring that clinic operations are aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support development of efficient physician scheduling processes

• Maintain open lines of communication between physicians and management

• Organize physician onboarding and orientation

• Identify automation opportunities to enhance operations

• Track performance metrics for operational efficiency

Requirements:

• 3–5 years experience in medical administration or operations

• Degree in healthcare management or a related discipline

• Proficient in EMR systems and clinic workflows

• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills

• Ability to lead continuous improvement initiatives
