Position: WELL Health Family Physician Role
WELL Health Technologies offers an exciting Full-Time Family Physician role within Canada's leading clinic network. This position allows you to provide quality primary care across various healthcare settings.

As a Family Physician, you'll assess and treat a wide range of medical conditions while managing ongoing patient care. Collaborating with nurses, specialists, and allied health professionals is key to your role. You will perform necessary diagnostic procedures and empower patients through education on chronic disease management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and diagnose patient health effectively

• Develop personalized treatment and follow-up plans

• Administer vaccinations and therapeutic treatments

• Engage in quality assurance and peer review practices

• Foster collaboration among diverse healthcare teams

Requirements:

• Recognized medical degree and Family Medicine residency

• Certification eligibility with the College of Family Physicians

• Licensure with appropriate provincial authority

• An active membership with the CMPA

• Knowledge in enhanced skills training is advantageous
