. The Team Lead is a working leader who continues to perform their regular day-to-day duties while also providing guidance, coordination, and support to the team. This role acts as an extension of the manager by helping oversee daily operations, supporting staff, and ensuring smooth workflow across the department. The Team Lead fosters a positive solutions-focused environment and serves as a go-to resource for questions, coaching, and operational support.

  • Perform cardiac stress testing on patients using standard operating procedures and policies for Simple Exercise Treadmill Tests, Nuclear Exercise Tests (MIBIs), and Nuclear Pharmacological Tests (DIPYs).
  • Monitor patients for physical deterioration and/or the potential for physical deterioration and alert physician(s) responsible as necessary.
  • Review patient chart(s) in preparation for diagnostic testing to ensure maximal patient safety; identify potential concerns and alert the physician responsible as necessary.
  • Room patients for consultation/follow-up/testing appointments prior to seeing physician.
  • Obtain 12‑lead ECG and vitals (including but not limited to: height, weight, waist circumference, pulse, blood pressure, SpO2, BGL, and temperature) as necessary.
