Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver comprehensive care alongside interdisciplinary team members
• Attend weekly for essential clinical services
• Conduct medication reviews and accurate documentation
• Collaborate on care plans with nursing staff
• Participate in ongoing education related to elderly care
Requirements:
• Valid Ontario medical license in good standing
• Previous long-term care experience preferred
• Familiarity with health regulations in long-term care
• Capacity for effective team collaboration
• Professional demeanor with residents and families
