The Peter Lougheed Centre is seeking a dedicated Physician Assistant to join its busy OB/GYN team. In this role, you will work Monday to Friday, supporting a diverse patient population as part of a collaborative healthcare environment. You'll assist with c-sections and gynecologic surgeries while also managing inpatient care and handling consults for urgent gynecologic conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Obstetricians and Gynecologists during surgeries

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop care plans

• Assist with c-sections and various gynecologic procedures

• Support in managing emergency and inpatient situations

• Engage in multidisciplinary teamwork to optimize patient care

Requirements:

• Completion of a recognized Physician Assistant Program

• Active registration as a PA in Alberta

• BCLS certification

• Skills in women's health examinations

• Communication skills to support patient-centered care
