As a Medical Officer with Certification in the College of Family Physicians and Special Competency in Emergency Medicine (CCFP(EM)), you will join a multidisciplinary team providing resuscitative care for Canadian Armed Forces personnel. This leadership role encompasses mentorship, education, and maintaining clinical readiness within a civilian healthcare environment while participating in international deployments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead multidisciplinary emergency resuscitation teams

• Provide in-transport care for injured CAF members

• Educate teams on emergency resuscitation techniques

• Maintain clinical skills within civilian healthcare facilities

• Contribute to health care policy development in the CAF

Requirements:

• Certification with the College of Family Physicians

• Unrestricted license to practice emergency medicine

• Strong commitment to clinical readiness and education

• Experience in urgent care and resuscitation

• Ability to deploy to challenging clinical environments
