The Calgary Foothills PCN is hiring a family physician for locum coverage, offering flexible hours from 8 to 32 weekly. This program is tailored for those passionate about providing care for patients facing chronic and mental health challenges. Work alongside a dedicated team, enhancing the quality of care in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver primary care to diverse patient populations

• Work closely with nurses, social workers, and mental health clinicians

• Process referrals from community partners and hospitals

• Maintain a schedule from Monday to Friday

• Focus on complex health conditions and patient needs

Requirements:

• Licensed family physician in Alberta

• Experience working with patients with complex conditions

• Strong team collaboration abilities

• Excellent communication skills

• Availability for a full-time equivalent of 0.20-0.80
