Position: Family Medicine Physician Opportunity
WELL Health Technologies is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join their innovative network. Provide comprehensive care using advanced technology in a full-time role that enhances patient health outcomes.

In this role, you will assess, diagnose, and manage a wide range of medical conditions in various healthcare settings, from clinics to virtual environments. Your responsibilities will include comprehensive patient evaluations, ordering diagnostic tests, and implementing individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs. Experience in specialized areas such as Addiction Medicine is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough patient examinations and health assessments

• Manage chronic diseases and acute medical issues

• Develop and carry out treatment and follow-up plans

• Perform office-based procedures as authorized

• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation

Requirements:

• Medical degree and Family Medicine residency completion

• Certification eligibility from the College of Family Physicians

• Provincial licensing and membership in good standing

• Desire for enhanced skills training preferred

• Strong commitment to patient education and preventive care
