Marketing Coordinator (Marketing Department) – Calgary, AB

Job Summary

We are currently looking for a dynamic and experienced Marketing Coordinator to join the Marketing Department. This position will assume a wide variety of marketing responsibilities with an emphasis on event coordination and execution, CRM, Content Management, and special projects. There are also some administrative tasks with this role. It requires a true team player with a “can-do” attitude, and an individual with a great service and a solutions-oriented approach.

The candidate will have a strong work ethic, be collaborative, professional, adaptable, positive and interested in their work.

Work Environment

This position will be primarily onsite with the expectation that the candidate will be available to work in the office five (5) days a week. Occasional hybrid work can be accommodated based on departmental needs, though it cannot be guaranteed and may change if business demands require more onsite support in any given week.

Hours of work are from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.. Occasional pre-authorized overtime may be required to meet business needs.

  • Primary Responsibilities

    Event Coordination & Execution

  • Coordinate end-to-end event logistics for client-facing and virtual events, including attendee lists, invitations, venue, catering, audiovisual requirements, and on-site logistics.
  • Research and recommend venue options and conduct site visits as required.
  • Prepare event materials including agendas, signage, name badges, promotional items, and branded assets.
