The Werklund School of Education is seeking a qualified individual to teach a critical course in their Graduate Programs. A completed PhD or EdD in psychology or a related field is required, along with successful teaching experience. Candidates should also demonstrate expertise in online education and collaboration skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Teach EDPS 683 focusing on consultation models
• Facilitate student engagement and understanding in class
• Collaborate with fellow educators and staff
• Develop techniques in consultation throughout the course
• Provide foundational knowledge for practicum experiences
Requirements:
• Doctorate in psychology or a related field
• Experience in teaching within university or school settings
• Proven leadership and online education experience
• Capacity to work in collaborative educational environments
• Understanding of Educational Psychology programs
Contribute to the academic growth of future psychologists at the University of Calgary.
