The University of Calgary's Schulich School of Engineering is seeking a Sessional Instructor for the aerospace design course. Candidates should have a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering and a robust background in aerospace concepts. Prior teaching experience or the potential for excellence in teaching is crucial to engage and mentor students effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead lectures twice a week for ENAE 410 course
• Develop and evaluate student assignments and assessments
• Integrate aerospace engineering principles into teaching
• Foster a collaborative learning environment for students
• Ensure clarity and understanding of course topics
Requirements:
• Minimum Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Solid grounding in aerospace analysis and design
• Strong teaching skills or documented teaching potential
