As a Youth Facilitator, you will implement both in-school and community-based programming aimed at empowering immigrant girls. With responsibilities that include summer camp organization and homework support, you'll create an inclusive environment that promotes social integration and personal development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and execute community-based programming
• Organize summer camp activities for youth
• Provide academic support and assistance in schools
• Engage participants and promote program enrollment
• Inspire personal growth and social connections in youth
Requirements:
• Experience in youth facilitation or education
• Strong communication and engagement skills
• Creative mindset for programming development
• Background in working with immigrant communities
• Availability for a 15-hour workweek
