Position: Part-Time Learning Commons Facilitator Role
Become a part-time Learning Commons Facilitator at Foothills School Division to enhance student learning at Senator Riley School. Oversee library operations and support diverse student needs in this dynamic setting.

This position entails 1.0 FTE, working 32.5 hours per week on a Monday to Friday schedule. The successful candidate will serve as a vital resource, assisting teachers and students in accessing information and materials. You will contribute to curricular supports and establish effective relationships with parents and the community, ensuring an inclusive and resourceful learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee library operations and manage resources

• Assist teachers and students with research and material needs

• Support curricular learning and diverse student needs

• Maintain an organized, automated library environment

Requirements:

• Experience in library procedures and systems

• Knowledge of technology and automated tools

• Communication skills for effective interaction

• Experience with trauma-informed practices

• Familiarity with neuro-diverse student support strategies
