Seasons Transportation as a Student Care Coordinator, focusing on impactful support for students with disabilities. This full-time, office-based role will ensure best practices in behavioral interventions during bus rides.

As a Behaviour Specialist, you will be responsible for both in-field and office tasks, including daily support activities and administrative duties. Your core responsibilities involve ride-alongs with bus teams, ongoing communication with families, and updating safety and behavioral records. You will play a vital role in training staff on disability topics to help us maintain our leadership in accessible transportation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily ride-alongs for real-time support

• Perform administrative follow-up on behavioral interventions

• Maintain and update records related to student care

• Foster communication with schools, families, and drivers

• Develop training materials on relevant disability topics

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience with disabled children

• Proficient in behavioral intervention strategies

• Knowledge of trauma-informed practices

• Degree in Disability Studies or similar field

• Strong organizational skills in record keeping
