In this position, you will work under the guidance of a teacher, helping to create and implement individualized learning programs.
Your role will involve direct interaction with students to support their learning pathways in construction, mechanics, and outdoor activities. Commitment to student success is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with teachers to develop student learning plans
• Maintain ongoing assessment records for each student
• Offer formative feedback based on student performance
• Organize materials in accordance with curriculum standards
• Assist in financial record-keeping with the teacher
Requirements:
• Journeyperson certification in trades such as welding or mechanics
• Experience in outdoor education is beneficial
• Strong communication and collaborative skills
• Flexibility to cater to varied student learning needs
• Valid criminal record check completed within the last six months
