Empower students at Future Foundations Academy as an Autism Case Manager. This role emphasizes personalized support, collaboration, and effective case management for students with Autism Spectrum Disorders.

Future Foundations Academy is dedicated to serving students with Autism Spectrum Disorders aged 8 to 21. As an Autism Case Manager, your focus will be on monitoring student progress and coordinating with parents and educators to ensure the successful implementation of IEPs. Candidates should be committed to enhancing educational experiences, showing expertise in behavioral strategies and collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage student educational progress effectively

• Collaborate with staff to integrate services across disciplines

• Provide behavioral support and intervention strategies

• Train staff on diverse teaching methods for engagement

• Maintain organized student records to track progress

Requirements:

• Recent Jersey Teacher of the Handicapped certification required

• Master’s degree in Education or related field

• Minimum of three years in a relevant role

• Preferred experience in social work or educational psychology
