As an Employment Specialist at Prospect Human Services, your focus will be on building fruitful relationships with businesses while supporting youth aged 16-24. You will assist them in exploring trade occupations through job shadowing, arranging workplace tours, and connecting them with apprenticeship opportunities. Key Responsibilities:

• Foster a network of business contacts within trades

• Provide pre-employment support like resume writing
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in a relevant field
• Experience in career development or business relations
• Strong knowledge of local job markets and trends
• Driver’s license and access to a vehicle
• Previous work with at-risk youth is an asset
