Position: In-Office Invigilator for Language Assessments
Join our team as an Invigilator to oversee language assessments in a professional, in-office setting. Ensure test integrity and provide an optimal environment for candidates during evaluations.

This temporary role requires someone authorized to work in Canada, with a focus on monitoring both paper-based and computerized tests. Responsibilities include preparing testing materials, administering assessments, and supporting clients through the testing process. Evening and weekend shifts may be required according to operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare tests and equipment prior to assessment sessions

• Administer Reading and Writing tests in various formats

• Record testing start and finish times accurately

• Assign clients to assessors for Listening/Speaking tests

• Interact with clients respectfully and clearly

Requirements:

• Certificate in Office Administration or relevant experience

• Strong time management and multitasking skills

• Excellent computer and typing abilities

• Familiarity with second language acquisition

• Understanding of Canadian Language Benchmarks
