As part of the Talent Excellence team, you will play a vital role in managing learning programs, overseeing the LMS, and facilitating compliance training. Your strong attention to detail and program management skills will ensure that team members receive the best possible experience. Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate logistics and execution of learning programs
• Manage LMS for course setup and user support
• Track and oversee mandatory onboarding and training
• Support evaluation and maintain comprehensive learning data
• Communicate effectively to enhance participant engagement
Requirements:
• 2–4 years in learning and development or HR
• Preferred educational background in relevant fields
• Proven experience in program coordination
• Comfortable working with LMS tools, like Dayforce Learning
• Bilingual in English and French is an asset
