Position: Education Consultant for Instructor Observations
Enhance teaching practices as an Education Consultant for Instructor Observations across Calgary, Edmonton, or Winnipeg campuses. Provide feedback and support instructors in improving educational delivery.
In this role with Robertson College, you will conduct instructor observations to align teaching with the school's mission. Subject Matter Expertise in Pharmacy Technician or Health Care Aide and strong communication skills are crucial. You will utilize both in-person and virtual observation methods to offer insightful feedback and recommendations for instructional improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct observations and provide actionable feedback to instructors

• Support alignment with teaching effectiveness mandates

• Model professional communication in reports and discussions

• Document observations using Google forms for accountability

• Complete 20-30 observations per consultancy period
Requirements:

• Expertise in Pharmacy Technician or Health Care Aide education

• Strong computer and digital literacy skills

• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively

• Experience in adult education and vocational training is a plus

• Availability for in-person or virtual observation assignments
