As the Training Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of CREB’s education programs for members. Reporting to the Manager, Member Training, this position is responsible for coordinating all day‑to‑day training logistics, ensuring a high-quality learning experience for members, and supporting both in-person and virtual courses. You will work closely with internal teams, instructors, and external vendors to deliver well‑organized, effective, and engaging learning opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate course and speaker scheduling, registration, and delivery logistics
  • Support members, instructors, and vendors throughout training activities
  • Maintain accurate training records, enrollment tracking, and reporting
  • Manage course materials, platforms, and training communications
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the learning experience
Qualifications Required
  • Diploma in Business Administration and/or education in Adult Learning or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in an Administrative, training coordination, or learning support role
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to support a wide range of stakeholders
  • Certification in training, adult education, eLearning, or instructional design is considered an asset
