As the Learning & Development Generalist, you'll collaborate with stakeholders and report to the Senior Manager. Your focus will be on administering learning technologies, driving program improvements, and optimizing learning documentation. By analyzing program data, you will turn metrics into clear actions that enhance learning outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as primary contact for learning inquiries through Service Now
• Administer and support Workday Learning functionality
• Analyze learning data and prepare actionable reports
• Update and manage Learning & Development documentation
• Create engaging internal communications to enhance program visibility
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years in Learning & Development or coordination roles
• Educational background in HR, Business, or related fields
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and learning management systems
• Strong analytical thinker with excellent priority management
• Detail-oriented and capable of meeting tight deadlines
