As a Workshop Facilitator at WCG, you will have two or more years of experience in workshop facilitation or related fields. Your role includes designing engaging workshops, preparing educational materials, and using various methods to support diverse learning styles. You will also ensure client progress is monitored diligently while providing feedback.

• Facilitate both virtual and in-person workshops
• Create high-quality educational resources for workshops
• Collaborate with team members to address client challenges
• Document client attendance and learning outcomes
• Gather and analyze client feedback for improvement

• At least two years of relevant experience
• Proven ability to lead unemployed individuals
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and presentation software
• Robust skills in engaging and enhancing learning experiences
