Elevate your career with GAF as an External Learning and Development Instructor, specializing in roofing systems education. Lead training sessions regionally and nationally for contractors, architects, and GAF employees.
As an instructor, you will be responsible for delivering engaging training events covering technical and sales aspects for steep and low slope roofing customers. Your expertise will also contribute to developing innovative content and facilitating learning experiences. Additionally, you will provide training to the sales force as needed and engage in various marketing and HR duties.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver technical and sales training seminars for GAF customers
• Develop innovative learning assets and facilitation techniques
• Ensure training content stays current and effective
• Train GAF sales force on systems and programs
• Support marketing and HR initiatives as required
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED
• 5+ years in construction or roofing
• Experience speaking to large audiences
• Knowledge of roofing systems and construction
• Willingness to travel 50-70% of the time
