Mount Royal University is expanding its Aviation program, seeking professional flight instructors skilled in teaching a range of flying lessons. Instructors will offer practical training in aircraft and simulators, as well as lead ground school classes. The role entails both flight instruction and administrative duties, contributing to safety teams and program development alongside teaching responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Instruct students from Private Pilot Licence to Multi-IFR

• Conduct ground school and simulator training sessions

• Develop and update program manuals and procedures

• Participate in safety team initiatives

• Prepare educational presentations

Requirements:

• Current Canadian Flight Instructor Rating and Medical

• Group 1 Instrument Rating

• Aviation Diploma or Degree

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Ability to aid in program development
