As a temporary LMS and eLearning Specialist, you will leverage your expertise to develop engaging eLearning modules and manage LMS operations. Collaboration with team members and stakeholders is essential as you craft materials that streamline knowledge transfer. Key Responsibilities:
• Design and develop microlearning eLearning experiences
• Conduct LMS user training and support implementation
• Maintain training records and evaluate program effectiveness
• Develop interactive elements to enhance engagement
• Communicate best practices in eLearning to stakeholders
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or related certification preferred
• 5+ years in eLearning and LMS administration
• Proven track record in crafting SCORM-compliant courses
• Strong attention to detail and initiative
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration
