Position: Supervisor for Religious Education Leadership
Empower educational excellence in Calgary as the Supervisor, Learning Services at Calgary Catholic School District. Focus on religious education and family life while fostering inclusive and quality teaching practices.

This position plays a pivotal role in supporting curriculum development, implementing assessment changes, and driving instructional success across the district. As a key member of the leadership team, the Supervisor ensures alignment with the district’s Catholic values and spearheads initiatives for student success, mental health, and employee wellness through the Critical Incident Response team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide instructional improvement and curriculum implementation

• Collaborate with diverse educational partners

• Provide mentorship to Learning Services teams

• Utilize data for informed decision making

• Promote equity and inclusion in educational practices

Requirements:

• Valid Alberta Professional Teaching Certificate

• Five years of successful administrative leadership experience

• Expertise in instructional leadership and system improvement

• Master’s degree preferred for complex portfolio management

• Strong relationship and communication skills
