Position: External Learning Instructor for GAF
Drive education in roofing with GAF as an External Learning Instructor. Facilitate training events that enhance contractor skills across the nation, primarily focusing on roofing systems.

In this role, you will conduct regional and nationwide seminars designed to improve the expertise of contractors and installers. Your background in construction and strong communication skills will ensure you deliver effective and engaging learning experiences. Adapt your instruction to meet the needs of various audiences, including distributors and architects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct training seminars tailored for contractors and industry professionals

• Create and enhance training materials and techniques

• Keep training content fresh and industry-relevant

• Educate the GAF sales team on roofing systems

• Assist with marketing, HR, and additional tasks as required

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED

• 5+ years of experience in construction or roofing

• Proven public speaking abilities

• Familiarity with roofing systems and general construction practices

• Willingness to travel Monday through Thursday, 50-70% of the time
