GAF's External Learning And Development Team needs a dedicated individual to facilitate training on roofing systems. This position requires a passion for educating various audience levels, from contractors to architects. A minimum of five years in construction and roofing is necessary, alongside excellent public speaking skills and a solid understanding of the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver sales and technical training seminars regionally and nationally

• Create and enhance learning materials and techniques

• Ensure all program content stays current and engaging

• Provide training to GAF employees as needed

• Support marketing and HR initiatives as required

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED

• 5+ years in roofing or construction environments

• Strong public speaking abilities

• In-depth knowledge of roofing systems

• Frequent travel for seminars 50-70% of the time
