The Centre Manager will oversee all operations related to EFL/Teacher Training and administration. You will provide vital support to students and teachers, ensuring the efficient execution of weekly Welcome Sessions and conducting student interviews. Key responsibilities also include monitoring student progress and ensuring that all teacher administration is maintained to high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct focus interviews and assess new students
• Mentor teachers and observe their teaching methods
• Advertise and support the social programme
• Prepare and present feedback reports
• Manage class files and maintain administrative accuracy
Requirements:
• Proven background in educational leadership
• Strong mentorship and evaluation skills
• Ability to improve operational cost-effectiveness
• Experience with EFL teaching standards
• Excellent interpersonal communication abilities
Drive operational success while fostering a supportive learning environment as the Centre Manager.
