Position: Sessional Instructor - OBHR 601 LEC 03, Fall 2026, Haskayne School of Business

Description

The Executive MBA Program at the Haskayne School of Business is accepting applications for a Sessional Instructor to teach Fall 2026 OBHR 601 LEC 03 (Organizational Behaviour). Lecture sessions will be one-half day on either Friday or Saturday, every second week, from August 28 to December 5, 2026.

Course calendar:
Evidence-based approach to leadership and organizational behaviour. Begins with self-assessment and then uses experiential learning to develop leadership techniques, including motivation, team processes, negotiation, and decision-making.

Qualifications
  • A doctoral degree (PhD, DBA) specializing in organizational psychology or organizational behaviour is required.
  • Prior post-secondary teaching experience is required, including experience teaching organizational behaviour, leadership, or related content at the Executive MBA level.
