As you work alongside experienced Conductors, you’ll gain specialized training while directly supporting individual goals and physical activities. Key Responsibilities:
• Support therapy exercises for participants with moderate needs
• Collaborate with staff during training sessions and group activities
• Assist in lifts, transfers, and personal care tasks
• Maintain equipment cleanliness before and after sessions
• Participate in interactive, engaging activities with clients
Requirements:
• No experience necessary; comprehensive training provided
• Must lift up to 50lbs and assist with physical care
• Clear a Police Information Check prior to start
• Commitment to minimum required hours
• Professional demeanor and punctuality
