GNED 1303:
Conflict and the Social Context

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering this foundation level course examining "Conflict, whether personal, domestic or international, is one of the defining forces of society." Through an interdisciplinary framework, students will engage multiple interpretations and be introduced to various ways of thinking about the world they live in through an examination of a conflict in its social context. Each section of the course focuses on a different conflict, using distinct textbooks, assessments, and pedagogical methods to achieve the same course objectives.
