As the Training Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of CREB®’s education programs for members.
Reporting to the Manager, Member Training, this position is responsible for coordinating all day‑to‑day training logistics, ensuring a high-quality learning experience for members, and supporting both in‑person and virtual courses. You will work closely with internal teams, instructors, and external vendors to deliver well‑organized, effective, and engaging learning opportunities.
- Coordinate course and speaker scheduling, registration, and delivery logistics
- Support members, instructors, and vendors throughout training activities
- Maintain accurate training records, enrolment tracking, and reporting
- Manage course materials, platforms, and training communications
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the learning experience
- Diploma in Business Administration and/or education in Adult Learning or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in an Administrative, training coordination, or learning support role
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to support a wide range of stakeholders
- Certification in training, adult education, eLearning, or instructional design is considered an asset
