As a key member of the Prospect team, you will lead workshops, monitor participant progress, and adapt materials to enhance learning experiences. Your collaborative efforts with marketing will ensure consistent messaging while building client relationships through effective coaching and job readiness support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and facilitate engaging workshops

• Evaluate and revise materials based on learner feedback

• Document client interactions and progress thoroughly

• Collaborate with teams to optimize workshop delivery

• Support job clubs and provide resource referrals
Requirements:

• 3+ years in career development or related field

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and presentation software

• Strong written and oral communication skills

• Experience in adult education settings required

• Flexibility to work from office and home
