Join Prospect as a Summer Student Junior Career Advisor in Calgary, where you will be at the forefront of guiding clients in career development and job searching. This hands-on role emphasizes client interaction and professional development.
This full-time, on-site position spans 8 weeks, starting July 6, 2026. You will engage directly with Career Advisors to assist clients in identifying job targets and developing essential pre-employment tools. Your contributions will include coordinating workshops and effectively communicating with internal stakeholders to adapt services based on client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide clients through career exploration and job search strategies

• Organize and execute career coaching sessions and orientations

• Research labor market trends relevant to client needs

• Develop workshop content and facilitate group sessions

Requirements:
