Position: EFL Centre Manager with Operational Leadership
Lead EFL training operations as a Centre Manager, driving academic excellence and student support. Oversee administration and enhance cost-effectiveness in a dynamic educational environment.
As the Centre Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of EFL/Teacher Training activities. Supporting students with academic and social welfare issues, conducting Welcome Sessions, and evaluating student progress are key functions of this role. Additionally, you will mentor teachers and maintain class files while ensuring compliance with educational standards for effective training delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist students with academic and social issues

• Conduct weekly Welcome Sessions for new students

• Mentor and support teaching staff

• Lead monthly student focus groups and evaluations

• Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports
Requirements:

• Experience in educational management

• Strong communication and mentoring skills

• Ability to assess and support student needs

• Familiarity with academic administration tasks

• Knowledge of EFL and teacher training principles
