Position: Behaviour Strategist for Early Intervention

As a Behaviour Strategist, you will work closely with a multidisciplinary team, conducting assessments and developing tailored support strategies for young children. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct developmental and psychological assessments

• Develop strengths-based intervention plans

• Provide coaching to educators and families

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members

• Monitor child progress and evaluate interventions
Requirements:

• Master's or Doctoral Degree in Psychology

• Registered Psychologist or eligible Psychological Practitioner

• Experience with early childhood populations

• Strong understanding of child development principles

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
