Key Responsibilities:

• Develop training courses in various formats

• Oversee quality assurance checks for course content

• Execute “train the trainer” sessions to enhance internal capabilities

• Update management on project statuses and timelines

• Engage in continuous improvements for training materials
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in relevant disciplines

• 3+ years of courseware development experience

• Proficient in XML and technical writing

• Background check and security clearance is mandatory

• Ability to travel to training facilities as needed
