Join GAF as a Roofing Training Instructor and guide the future of the roofing industry. You will conduct training events on both technical and sales skills nationwide.
This position involves presenting seminars to contractors and other professionals while ensuring the use of up-to-date and engaging training methods.
Your role will focus on enhancing the skills of varied audiences, including contractors and architects, while also developing helpful learning materials. As part of your responsibilities, you’ll train GAF employees and contribute to marketing and HR efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead sales and technical training seminars for contractors
• Create engaging and effective training materials
• Update and innovate training program content
• Provide training support to GAF's sales personnel
• Assist with marketing and HR tasks as assigned
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum 5 years experience in roofing or construction
• Strong public speaking skills
• Understanding of roofing systems
• Availability for travel 50-70% monthly
