Become a Sessional Instructor in Finance at the University of Calgary’s Haskayne School of Business for the Fall 2026 semester. Teach FNCE 445 LEC 01 and share your expertise.

This role invites qualified candidates with a Master of Finance or an MBA who have proven teaching experience in post-secondary settings. The position requires effective instructional methods both in person and through digital platforms. Classes focus on financial contracts and their implications for market strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver lectures on Futures and Options curriculum

• Engage students in practical applications of financial contracts

• Implement online teaching tools for enhanced learning

• Evaluate student progress and facilitate discussions

• Help students understand economic variable forecasting

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Finance or relevant field

• Demonstrated success in post-secondary teaching

• Experience with digital teaching platforms

• Proven ability to instruct in face-to-face and online formats

• Strong analytical and communicative abilities
